Events and programs

Refund eligibility depends on the terms presented for the specific event or program. Unless stated otherwise, requests should be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.

Books and physical products

Contact us within 14 days of delivery regarding an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Approved returns must be in their original condition unless damage occurred during delivery.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. Non-refundable fees or consumed digital services will be identified before purchase.
